Terms

A certificate: a personalised web page and a high-resolution image with your friend's name, your note and an edition number on it. It is a novelty gift.

You are not buying the item shown. A certificate does not transfer ownership of, or any right in, a car, a bag, an island, a feeling or anything else. It is for entertainment only and is not legally binding.

Payment is taken on Gumroad's checkout, in US dollars, and Gumroad handles card details and any sales tax or VAT. We never see your card. The price on the gift page is the price you pay.

After you pay, we email you the link to send, and the same link appears on the page you land on. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then write to us.

Your friend's name, your name and your note are printed on the certificate and shown on the gift page. Please keep them kind and lawful. We may refuse or remove anything abusive, hateful, or that targets a real person.

For now the certificate can print Latin letters, numbers and basic punctuation. Emoji and other alphabets are not supported yet.

Brand names describe the kind of gift. The pictures are AI-generated illustrations. Rich Friend is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any brand mentioned, and every trademark belongs to its owner.

Some gifts come in limited runs. When we say a run is limited, the limit is enforced, and a gift that is sold out cannot be bought. Edition numbers are assigned in the order that payments are confirmed.

We do our best to deliver every certificate quickly and correctly. The service is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

If something is wrong, write to support@richfriend.lol before anything else. See also our refund policy.

We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top shows the latest version, and an order is covered by the terms in force when you placed it.
