Refunds

• The link never arrived, or it does not open.
• The certificate has the wrong name or note on it because of a mistake on our side.
• You were charged twice, or for a gift that was already sold out.
• You changed your mind before sending it to anyone.

Email support@richfriend.lol within 14 days of your order, from the address you ordered with, and tell us your friend's name. We usually answer within two working days. Where we can fix the problem quickly, such as resending the link, we will; otherwise we refund the purchase in full through Gumroad.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually a few working days. After a refund, the gift page for that order is switched off.
